See -- I really don't get your logic -- strictly mathematical -- you state it's very safe short as you would only lose 6 bucks on 9 (a loss of 2/3 right??) if it goes to 15. You stand to gain 6 bucks if it goes to 3 which is extremely unlikely given the fact that this is a NEW company with real partners and real revenue despite the negative hype on the A@P board. So it looks like, by your parameters, the risk is as great as your potential short gain at least for this trade.
