"It was simply a smart business decision for Qualcomm to pay the $5.5m so it could move-on, and tell its customers to not worry about this suit from Interdigital's lawyers" Yes, smart on both sides..QCOM may have had their day this past year, but IDC will have to be dealt with where 3G is concerned and QCOM will have to be real nice to them and "show them the money" to be able to move forward with their own technological advances...EVERYONE will have to be "real nice" to IDC.......we shall see...SIS
