Thanks for the update Dave, and eventhought past mgr shareholders lost
most of their share value in the consolidation to tdc, it might be clearer
now that without it and the present view of the Mongolian country not
to respect and honor agreements created with a country like Canada,
that a waiting for a Bumbat resolution by prior MGR would have accomplished
the goals set by MAC to let MGR fall into bankruptcy.

Eventhought I know of a reason that would have prevented MGR into an
non existence for past shareholders, there was always that other possibility
that would have supported MGR for a continuation, but most past
shareholders would have had to cough up new money to stay on board
for a different ride.

Either way MAC would not have obtained Bumbat thru a waiting for MGR
to go belly up, and ofcourse this current path you have taken us tells
the MAC people that we can wait longer than they can wait,
and when, not if, the price of gold increases for real, the pressure on MAC
to settle will be greater than on TDC because for us and Bumbat
its a win/win verses a lose/lose, so TDC will only accept a settlement
that delivers what MGR/TDC has a right to thru formal and legal
agreements with parties of the country Mongolia.

Each day now TDC is closer to a cash flow.
Each day MAC's hand for a MGR/TDC collapse grows weaker.
Each day the gold market is closer to a GATA releasing.

Hopefully in this year 2000 TDC will have a nice new and clean
SI thread with new and interesting and promising posts about
the good stuff TDC is doing in Canada.
