I've been buying more all along. I thought about six months ago that I had all the oil and gas I wanted for my portfolio, but the market just keeps twisting my arm and making me buy more. The logic of buying these stocks trading as if oil were $12 and gas $1.50 when oil is $25 and gas $2+ has overridden my caution about being overweighted here.
Until today, it had seemed like energy and tech were at the opposite ends of a seesaw, but today the seesaw must have broken in the middle. FWIW, I took enough tech profits today to just about get me off margin. I have a little more tech selling to do, but then am just going to sit back and hope my energy stocks go up faster than interest rates.
