Hi. Mariner -
I'd love to say that I've worked out the projected EPS. but I haven't. We don't know the details of existing deals, we don't know what deals are coming, we don't know when and how new software will hit the market.
So my projection is based on comparison with Aether and Puma - Aether is trading at $85 7/8 US today.
Estimated EPS for fiscal 2000 is - $0.44 US for fiscal 2000

My own estimate for IW is roughly break-even for fiscal 2000.
I won't go into forecasts for revenue increases for IW, but I'll say that there are increases in projected revenue coming, and there are new products for new markets coming.
Aether is rated as a "strong buy".
So what would Infowave be?
I'll leave you to do the projections and comparisons for Puma.
Infowave, based on my DD, is a superior pick that will generate new revenue faster than Aether or Puma, IMO.

Therefore, I picked a lowball number, $70 US, based on a fair comparison with its competitors. In fact, I think Infowave should be valued higher than its competitors - if Infowave's plan continues to work well, they should start becoming a dominant player by y/e 2000.

That's the logic behind the lowball projection of $70 US.

Regards,

Jim
