That is one thing I like, as it is a low floater to begin with, the other is they now have an investment banker working to enhance value..and they are near the lawyer area of the world, Washington D.C. T/a is also good..I would like to see 5-6 bucks..just like all the rest we have bought at this price point. Look how many that have done that and more...and don't expect it to happen in one day, 'cause it won't. Also, a special situation regarding LB, one we had for a 100% move a month or so ago. It may be time to reload, and the reason is fundamental. The Federal Govt. wants more trains to blow whistles at crossings, but cities and towns don't want it, so we may see some action in the crossing equipment/electronics area, which is part of what LB does. There is no hurry to buy, let us see what develops..
