As a long-time MFNX shareholder I thought it was a great acquisition. The challenge is in educating the market to value not only the components of the combined companies but also the synergies. Since the deal the market has gone gaga for hosting, data centers, and ASP but lost track of ABOV. MFNX management needs to bring the picture back into focus. A tracking stock (or, dare I say it, a spinoff) could be a useful tool (c.f. Global Crossing's plan to spin off their data centers) to realize value for MFNX shareholders.
