SeaBridge sales to off set charge for work force reduction?

This quarter NN will take some charge for work force reduction.
NN contribution to SeaBridge purchase was 59 millions(about 50%).
After original purchase, NN put significant contribution to development of 36140 and 36144 ATM access switches.
We do not know how much Siemens paid to NN 49% stake, but I am pretty sure is was much more then 59 million.
Since NN does need these switches which do not fit into
3dSL/LMDS access strategy (350 access node)
it was quite smart move to off set charge with capitol
gain.
NN will also reduced cost of R&D by not founding half of 200 SeaBridge employees.
