This is a different issue, the options he refers to is "Put/Call options" the oprtions we are referring to are the options Managment takes to grease their pockets. So employees may receive 1,000,000 share options at a fixed price for 5 years. These options will likely be priced by Jan 21, options can be priced at the average of the last 10 trading days. So in the meantime Pearl and crew are probably selling into any strength. I could be wrong, cuz I have been many many many times before!

i take no credit for this theory, this was proposed to me by another MCF holder, I have seen this happen before, so believe it is clearly the reason why the stock has not runnp on the NAS expectations.
Check back on any PP's to brokerages, if there is an "option" to acquire XX% as an overage in the agreement, then you can be sure that the brokerages will keep the price down until the boys in the front office get their options, as gratitude for the overage!

I don't think option trading has much to do with keeping the price low. However, the end of month usually means a slightly lower price because of contracts being dumped.

Judging by the relatively low trading volume with respect to price movements in the past week, you can see 2 things;
1-Strong support at a new $9.00 range
2-Absolutely no institutional selling even at recent highs.

Keeping the price low could also attract more U.S. giants, possibly even a buyout from competitors like RAZF on Nasdaq.
I firmly believe that this will be a year of mergers and acquisitions. Especially on the American side.
At this point, we're all waiting for the Nasdaq listing and the company continues to sweeten up it's prospects.
