T.R., the government folks in Lebanon, TN don't care about Dell's agreements in Round Rock only verbal agreements between Dell and Lebanon. From news reports, Dell believed 1000 jobs was not a problem but wanted to be legally bound to 600. Some didn't like this approach and decided to grandstand and talk tough feeling they had the edge. This could have been handled in private but politicians wanted air time. Maybe, there is an election this year. :o) Botttom can only be seen in the rear-view mirror. I figure tomorrow will be my last chance at Dell call options as Intel news changes everything after the close. Pat
