No to the first question, yes to the second. My take on the situation is that we have a group of about 3 or 4 people that make up the company. These people are just as happy making a living by playing CFO, CEO, COO, and Mr. Deep Pockets as they would be developing something of significance. It seems that a legitimate business is much less a priority than meeting SEC deadlines, releasing meaningless press, or holding on to millions of shares and proclaiming oneself king of the company.

The bottom line is they have not developed a product or service, but continue to survive through the hope of investors who belive it's all just around the corner. And actually that has been their biggest asset, and they know it. So, considering how things have been done in the past, and what we know about management, IMO there is no reason to invest long term.
