How's this for a shocker. Could this be a mistake!!! E-Tek Systems (ETEK) 126 1/16 +5 1/16: manufacturer of fiber optic components and modules for optical networks to be acquired by chip equipment maker Applied Materials (AMAT 127 1/6 +6 1/4) in an all-stock transaction.... Idiot at Briefing.com almost gave me a heart-attack.
