Garbage stocks really trade in a world of their own because they have thin floats and are heavily manipulated. But they too can't escape the inevitable. The short-term risk is that you may have investors that are worried about big-cap tech fleeing into small and micro-caps because they are relatively cheap. If this happens, and the interest rate trend is still up, I would suggest aggressively increasing short positions in the fraud stocks. You will not be able to get in once they break.
