Still looking for the house, and I probably will get screwed by the rising rates. AARGH! Oh well, I've got my wife to agree to stay in the Denver area for another 5 years, so at least I don't think we'll lose money on the house purchase.

We'll see how rates go, I probably won't be locking in until early March, so I'm at AG's mercy. Go easy on the rates Mr. Greenspan!!!

Mark,

I sold 1/2 of my VECO position today. VECO being the largest position in my portfolio (and the most volatile) I think justified the move. It will also make it easier to hang onto the shares remaining for the ride over 50.

I still think this market euphoria will be tempered here shortly.
