Your living room is doing better than mine. I've got a few nice pieces in other rooms, but aside from a couple of plants, a nice lamp and a few pieces of art, it's nekid. Luckily Christmas came, and I bought a big tree, so it's a little better now. When guests some over for dinner, we hang out at the dining room table until their butts get sore, and then they leave. Not a bad deal actually, though I have begun shopping for a sofa -- Das Oops are getting tired of the sofa in the den, and that sofa is really tired of them. It was once a very nice leather sofa; I waited 16 weeks for its arrival , only to have them (puppies at the time) tear into it like a rawhide toy after they managed to squeeze under the babygate I used to corral them. Now it's got a slipcover. What a shame. I wish I'd bought Sears stuff now.
