Well, I know I have harsh views when it comes to the elderly. I really don't think much of them as a whole, and perhaps I shouldn't feel that way, but I honestly don't much care. I remember a while ago on the Sanity thread... I think it was Holly and Mr.K, discussing California and they both suggested that maybe companies shouldn't locate here - "we already have enough people". I just can't take that kind of thinking - as if the fact that they located themselves here before I was born makes them eligible to dole out resources to other residents of this state. I hope to avoid this mode of thinking when I get older but in some cases it seems like its just ignorance or cluelessness, I don't know.
