Don't underestimate the ability of bonds to hoover up a lot of that money. Here's an interesting idea...scale back 50% on tech, load up on some NYSE boring high-dividend plays, park some money in bonds....and IF there is a selling climax in equities or a sharp spike in yield, take about 10% of the money and take a big swing at bond options (potentially huge payoff if interest rates then start receding).

However, the other side of the coin is a lot of excess liquidity seeking home, and that will further amplify and narrow the list of stocks that will outperform, IMHO.

But higher rates have often made a compelling story for "value stocks" and a severe tech shakeout might promulgate the movement.
