OT-OT. I concede that point. Let me explain what's at stake here. It is an unfortunate fact that parents with ties overseas take children out of this country in violation of custody orders, to places where a United States custody order will not be honored, for example, Romania, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan. I think you will agree that it is a good thing to be able to use the pressures of international law to get these children back to the United States. If we do not honor the law, we will lose the ability to get our own children back.
