SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2000--The Cobalt Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CBLT - news) today sought clarification regarding an ON24, Inc. (www.ON24.com) report on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000, following Cobalt's release of its fourth quarter 1999 financial results.

For the fourth quarter of 1999, The Cobalt Group reported a net loss of $4.8 million, or $0.29 per share, beating First Call consensus estimates of a loss of $0.33 per share.
