Sorry to hear about your experience. I actually have had my first "in stock but not really" experience. I chalk mine up to major problems they had with their web server last Friday. I ordered right after they got it restored and it showed a Voodoo3 3000 board in stock, it wasn't. Still there is no greater fan of Buycomp.com and Buybooks.com than me. The prices are unbeatable and my service experience has been great. On several occasions they have actually delivered stuff next day at UPS ground rate. All the on-line dealers are getting second dibs on the latest gear and that is a bummer but I am not willing to pay MSRP so I'll wait. Be sure and call customer service and complain, I am sure they will take good care of you. They always have me. david
