ok- they have contractual problems with two customers, they have merger costs (for a merger that imo was a good thing) and these will cause a loss- the President leaves (I would like to know more about that, actually) but still this is the major player in this niche. As far as I know it's still a strong company (well actually bigger and stronger than it was before because of the merger)- oil seems to be stabilizing, with an upward bias- I don't know- i have a long term investment horizon on this but I think it's darn cheap. and don't miss Message 12553673
