ALFN is about to heat up again. What a beeeeeeutiful thing this stock was to us last year. Here is an update from RB. Time for me to call Mike Porter again too. :))

***********************************************************************************

Where are the MMs ? response from Porter. I sent Porter an email to see if he might know when more market
makers are going to be active in ALFN stock. Here is his response. I must say that if everything holds true to
what he THINKS might happen, then ALFN did a lot better job getting a good market up and running in their
stock than the other 30 or so I looked at today going all the way back to 12-1-99. Here is my email and his
response.

"I have a couple of quick questions. As you
may or may not have noticed your stock is still being traded on the pink
sheets due to there only being one market maker in your stock at present
time. Do you have any idea when and if other market makers will become active
market makers in your stock? Also, can you confirm whether or not you will
be releasing any news, that is not current public knowledge, after your stock
is actually "listed" on the otcbb. I ask that to try and get an idea of
whether or not you will be actively trying to generate interest in your
stock, to bring in new investors, once you can reach a wider investment
audience. Thanks for all of your help and information. Have a good day."

Porter's Response:
"No, our stock is trading on the OTCBB. Wein, who is the only market maker
in there right now, is not publishing a bid and ask in order to limit their
liability in taking in stock. They are however quoting a bid and ask to
traders who call. I expect there will be another market maker by Friday, and
I expect a bid and ask to be published by then. I expect at least 6 market
makers or more to be on by next week.

The reason why it takes so long is that each market maker must file a
piggyback 15C2-11 exemption to trade our stock. That takes a few days to
file and approve.

Yes, as soon as we start actively trading, we plan to make a series of
announcements.

Michael Porter"
