Dear John Thanks for the post. Great article. Clearly states that price isn't going to be everything in the new economy, service and convenience will be of great importance. You can see that for a business to succeed in the future they will have to be willing to spend money in order to keep pace with the technology clients will demand. Companies on the cutting edge of change will be the new winners in the near future. I am sure glad I decided many months ago to focus my investing on such companies. M from M and J
