Looks like only the satellite-manufacturing division is up for sale, not the DirecTV and other operations.

If GMH is moving to a service focus it would make a lot of sense for them to buy NSATF sometime this year and fold the operations together,

Regardless I see NSATF continuing to move up steadily.

"Von Rumohr said the $2.2 billion a year satellite business was solid, but not growing as fast as Hughes's other operations, including satellite television service DirecTV and satellite network PanAmSat.
