Thank you for the response. If your system wasn't so darn good when its all working, none of us would get so upset when parts of it slow down!!

The ability to have quotes, AIQ real-time alerts, real-time market scans, real-time news scans and intra-day charts (with the ability to focus each of these searches to look for the precise variables I'm targeting) and all on the same "platform" is very productive for me. No more looking at 6-7 windows scattered on 3 screens - your system is like a fighter pilots "heads up" display; never need to take your eye off the "target", but all the info you need is right in front of you.

But when some of the features don't work, we get as frustrated as a basketball coach with 3 or 4 "Mike Jordans" sitting on our bench with sprained ankles.

Good Luck, Jerry

forgive me if i am addressing the wrong person but only found out about this thread a few minutes ago. can you explain to me how market orders to buy placed with mytrack today took 38 and 15 minutes respectively to fill. neither stock was trading in a frenzy at the time but orders were being filled. tried to cancel the first order but was put on hold forever. both orders went through herzog. is this going to be the norm ? btw - my only sell order for the day did go through in 10 seconds !!
