Joan, Yes I have been noticing AOL's latest insult to GNET, the posting of corn futures under GNET's news. Since AOL will not tell you the news on GNET I will.
THE NEWS FOR GNET THAT AOL WON'T PRINT
AOL screws shareholders while validating GNET's and Paul Allen's thoughts on the future of the internet, broadband. AOL was so behind the power curve they cut a deal with TimeWarner to have what GNET and Paul Allen have. This merger stinks for AOL shareholders and will be a weight on AOL's neck for some time to come. AOL shareholders have voted with their feet and all AOL can do is show the don't know a "future" from a stock. The future of AOL stock is unclear. GNET is the future, AOL is just confused.
The frogs are almost done but not yet. Let's see if Europe raises rates and what Mr. Greenspan has to say. I have targets I'll KA-BOOM when the time is right. This market sure is fun.

Educating AOL Dunces with Quotes
I just reported AOL to AOL for a TOS violation (a joke on them). I informed them that part of the AOL service I'm paying for is to provide company news as part of the PF site, not corn futures.
I told AOL that their PF site people are looking like stock morons and that I want what I pay for, company news under company news.
BTW so TimeWarner knows what they just hooked up with. AOL has no means in place to track customer comments or complaints. I have no way to tell the PF site just how they are looking like morons so I have only the TOS to use. I'll get a form letter back and NEVER hear from AOL again. This system leaves no room to improve AOL's product or enhance customer satisfaction. In short they do things the exact opposite of how GNET and others deal with customer. The corn futures say AOL is going nowhere. Enjoy the ride steve and AOL shareholders.
