Taxman, in less than 24 hours, wall street will focus
on the terrific Q from Intel and will start realizing
that while Intel and AMD competing vigorously are having
a terrific Q, the OS, apps supplier MSFT would have had
a even more terrific Q. They will fully realize it on
Tuesday evening on the 18th.

Last year same thing happened. After year end close of 140,
the stock drifted down to low 130s 2 week prior to earnings
and then closed at 167 the day after earnings and at 195 a
month later.

The risk of non-participation is high if not being fully
invested. The risk of getting burned is very high for
shorts. Also, new product cycle phase should be factored.
