IG,
I agree. When I evaluated CyberX I found the user interface garish and with too many gee-gaws that contribute nothing to the act of trading.

My wish is for a SMALL window within the QCharts screen for trading without extraneous colors, lines or headlines. Something like a quote window in QCharts now. Re-sizeable and re-configurable by me.

Regards,
EFM

>when I right-click in QCharts to commence a trade with CyBerX, the user-selected trade parameters that pop up (#shares, price-limit, order route) are *not* what I need to use for that particular trade - IG

I solved this problem by downloading the CyberX and not the QC CyberX. I found it takes me less time to use it this way rather than having to change all the numbers when I tried to use the QC version.

IG,

Thanks for your post. In addressing some of your concerns: we are working on a Mini-CyBerX which will be a smaller version and should help with the amount of space the interface takes up. In addition we will soon have available a CyBerX Plus version which will enable you to change the background images. In regards to placing an order and having to change the price, if you wouldn't mind elaborating in more detail exactly how you would want the software to respond, it would be greatly appreciated. If however you would feel more comfortable explaining it to one of Support Analyst, please give us a call and ask for the SI correspondent.

Thanks again,
