Well, heck, with WSJ saying you're going for an "Investment Advisor" license, can't help but indulge.

To get one, I believe you need a brokerage to sponsor you, and NASD ok. Hmmmmm. Why would any brokerage associate with you? or why would NASD ok it when you still owe a member firm on a judgement?

WSJ has blown it... just a matter of time til they figure it out.

PS - oh by the way, the big file you sent to the SEC? exactly whose fed ex # did you use?
