Great reading Stephen and very encouraging, but, how did it get a Jan. 13 date on it?

This deal was Case's AOL's way of bowing out on top. With free ISP pressuring the company's margins and customer base, AOL needed to save its existence.

In the new company, AOL's declining revenue and profit growth will drag down returns.

I don't doubt that the new company will be a great one.

But the days of AOL's massive market breaking returns are now over.
