I think a lot more needs to be said about the 2nd HYIP scam. The Gillaspie case.

If LFT has any cash to pay HITT, HYIP scams are one way LFT can generate it. Maybe the only way. It's allegedly how Wilcher bought her house.

We discussed the first HYIP scam, the Marasco case, in great detail when it came out, educating ourselves all about HYIP.

The filing of the Gillaspie case alleging a second HYIP scam by LFT makes it much more convincing that the Marasco accusation is for real. These are two independent cases that developed, with very similar features.

We don't have a copy of the Gillaspie complaint yet. We don't even have the docket, because it's in Federal Court, where it's a little more trouble for us to get. But we do now have Weiss & Yourman's summary of the Gillaspie complaint. Let's look at it in the next post.
