Skeeter,

< they are inexpensively valued in the new paradigm and they are quite expensive in the old. over valuation won't be an issue unless (i think until!) the old paradigm rules the world.>

At these levels I don't consider INTC undervalued. In January 1999 I said I was looking for 80 by year's end. At times the stock got ahead of where I thought it should be but that doesn't mean I sell. If it runs past 100 near term, I would consider it ahead of itself. I'm looking for 110 to 120 by year's end. My guess is that at these levels, near term, there is probably more downside risk than upside potential. But INTC is one of my core holdings (in at an average of 6) and I don't try and time the ups and downs with core holdings.
