Yeah. I listened to Sen. Hatch somewhere. On the campaign trail or on Crossfire. He said the same thing there. He just likes to look important. That's why Msft is in this mess now.

On the Democratic side Patrick Leahy immediately raised a cautious flag when the deal was announced. I have to look up what businesses he ever headed. Probably something in the stone age.

Most people see no overlapping with this deal. Broadband. Case is for opening cable. It went too slow, so he purchased it in order to speed it up not keep it closed. So, those guys should be happy with that. But you never know where these guys stand. You have to look closely to see from where they are coming from.
