I think 4-5 years is on the money if Manhattan develops it. I think a major will invest more up front and take get through it in no more than 12 months. This difference in time factors is going to make putting a value on Manhattan very difficult for everyone, except those that think it is going to $1.

Today's results are very nice. Hard to predict market reaction, if any. Should at least put Man back on the general radar screen, but ultimately I believe its price is more dependent on what the folks going down in few weeks think.

I don't remember seeing this posted here, as I was surprised to find that the slide show on the manhattan website had been updated in November. Updated with cross sections and production scenario.
