Will it last the 89 days until delisting?

Hitt's drop dead date for otcbb compliance is April 5. I doubt the auditors will sign off on the 10K [due 3/31] w/o the LFT $20 mill in hand, so it's likely to be off to the pinks on April 6, even if they find the cash to last until then.
