Since you seem interested....I sold WDC on 8/27/97 at 54.125. It did go a little higher <g>. These were purchased at an average of 29.75 (all in 1997). Not a bad short term gain, IMO.

I don't tout stocks. I select investments based on my experience and my criteria. I share those ideas with those that are interested.

The downturn in the DD sector was more severe and quicker than I thought it would be when I bailed. Sometimes it pays to get out early <g>. The point is that I did see the fundamentals changing in time.

BTW, are you the same Mohan that I warned not to short CSCO a couple years ago and a few splits back <gg>.

Mohan, I remember the disk stocks and the 3Com/US Robotics flop where he told me my comments about them were shameless given what great companies they were and the MUEI collapse where he missed the fundamentals totally. <g>
