I agree with you that the concept of equal percentage ownership amongst partners is attractive, and prevents dilution of ownership interest amongst the smaller partners.

However, I am inflexible on beginning the partnership with under $100,000, so as a compromise, if we remain with the concept of an equal investment per partner, we could lower the required minimums to $6,700 per partner, which would provide a $100,500 starting basis for trading.

If the group decides to go with the $5,000 - $10,000 investment range per partner, it would have no impact on any partner's potential to serve as a general partner, nor on any partner's voting power when group decisions are necessary.

We will keep the floor open for discussion on this topic until Thursday evening, then we must move on.
