Whether or not Qualcomm and NOkia came close to a deal is irrelevant. Qualcomm dealt with other parties.

IDC is just noise, treat it as such....

I am aware that NOK is working with IDC. I am also aware that NOK is working with QCOM. NOK came pretty close to closing a deal with QCOM over their handset division. This would have made NOK's relationship with IDC redundant?

A few posts ago you didn't seem to fond of "could", now you're
using "would". Selective speculation I guess.

Whatever the case, the Q and NOK handset deal didn't happen.
Are Q and NOK tight? Why do you think the deal fell through?
NOK has alliances with IDC and TXN, didn't need Q?

TIA,
NS
