Dear Dear Ed:

If you and the other millions (billions?) of users made similar COMPLAINTS we would "WIN"!. I use Microsoft products every minute of every day in my business and rely on them. Do You?

I take offense to the marble mouths who criticize MSFT's products.
Having experienced the growing pains of this industry first hand, where software crashed, documents and hours of work lost, today we are light years ahead in productivity and ease of use, thanks to MSFT.

I am a small company, but collectively, small businesses have enormous strength and financial clout. Will you join me in COMPLAINING to your Attorney General's office?

Thanks,

Abbigail

Hey Ed, are you going to sell your MSFT shares

now that your old pal BALLMER is in at CEO and Gates is out?
I'd give $100 bill to get a picture of your face when you find out this news.
Let me be the first to congratulate you and good luck with your new CEO.
