Bill Sims leaves Zenith. Should have happened 3 years ago. This dork was instrumental in the death of Zenith (LGE stooge). A fact.

Rest of Zenith insiders will be similarly canned. Ugly ending to what could have been a glorious period for Zenith USA.

Thought about ignoring Zenith. Appeal is good.

Does same judge hear appeal or is it assigned to a new judge. And, is it in the same court.

Did you or any of us, including yours truly, prolong the agony with Zenith. I think not, when there are battles to be fought---one fights them--win or lose.

A question I now ponder is why the FCC etc. USA adopted the Zenith protocols----how many years ago and are they still valid or is Zenith's technology now 10 or even 20 years behind in development.
