feedback for the thread (owners of the company). Just had to call TRAC regarding a problem and spoke to Diana and Tony. Although the problem probably won't be resolved in my favor, it was a real joy to talk to professionals like them. It did take awhile to get them on the phone though, still need more employee's. Also I'd very much like to see an ESOP in place for the employee's. If they are owner's too they alway's go the extra mile for the customer's by doing the littlest of things that can't be managed or monitored by management. IC
