One insider like Jermo in 1998 is not the issue. Look at all the different people filing to sell from 11/27-11/30/2000. Reminded me of WMX when many the insiders bailed out and sold stock at the same time. The need for money wasn't the issue but preservation of their capital. They certainly were well compensated.

This isn't a house payment... looks more like systematic looting. The question becomes... Why sell big into relative weakness ? Jermoluk's November 1999 sales are approximately 3X 1998 sales.
