I'm no systems guru, so you might not want to try this, buy I suspect you need to remove your CD ROM from the hardware configuration and then reinstall it, with the drivers. You go into >My Computer >System >Device Manager Highlight the CDRom icon. Click remove. Reboot. When you reboot, your system should recognize the CDRom as "new" hardware, and you should be asked if you have a disk for it. Click yes, and the drivers will be installed. Do this at your own risk If it was my machine, I could probably blunder my way through it. But I doubt I'd be much help if you run into trouble in the process. Alternatively, you might try simply installing off your disk without first removing the CDRom from your hardware profile (might want to try this first).
