Sommers, I look forward to your next "traveler's journal". Very interesting tales! Thanks.

Hi, Pilgrim. Thanks for checking in and letting us know you haven't defected to the gsm camp <g>.

I'm having trouble keeping up with your travels and plans. When do you start classes in Bean Town?

Hi curmudgeoness,

<< in Kowloon and using Omnipoint (Mot. #L7089) as my primary phone. It works just as you said Eric: If someone dials my Boston number, it rings here on the other side of the world. >>

It still amazes me when my US number rings in Europe and I am still looking forward to be doing same with cdmaOne some someday. Soon I hope.

<< car ride from New Canaan, CT to Boston a few weeks ago .... uninterrupted wireless Sprint access while averaging 60 MPH for over two hours >>

I road the AMTRAK from Wilmington station to NYC last week and enjoyed uninterrupted wireless BAM while my seat mate using wireless 'T'. He is always telling me I pay to much for USA One Rate from BAM and should use 'T' instead. LOL

Good to see you posting. Sounds like you are enjoying life.
