My TOM calls were kicked pretty hard the past two days so they won't lose much more now - time value in May 20's should hold up reasonably well compared to the 2 1/4 bid they closed with last night. Should have seen this one coming though.

I will PM you with something else that's on the front burner too.

RSA SECURITY EXPANDS WIRELESS SECURITY OFFERINGS OPTIMIZED SECURITY PROTOCOL COMPONENTS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE INTEROPERABLE BRIDGE BETWEEN Wireless, Wired Worlds

BEDFORD, Mass., Jan 13, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- In advance of
next week's RSA Conference 2000, RSA Security Inc. (Nasdaq: RSAS), the
most trusted name in e-security, today announced two new security
protocol components specifically optimized for wireless and embedded
applications. RSA BSAFE(R) SSL-C and RSA BSAFE WTLS (Wireless Transport
Level Security) together offer developers a complete set of
top-quality, fully supported security tools designed to protect
wireless applications and provide the critical interoperable bridge
between the wireless and wired worlds.

RSA BSAFE SSL-C 1.1 is designed to deliver the same security,
interoperability and time-to-market benefits that companies such as
Symbian already enjoy using the current version of this
industry-leading security protocol component, but in a reduced-size,
resource-friendly version specifically geared to the demanding
requirements of wireless and embedded devices.

RSA BSAFE WTLS 1.0 is designed to provide a complete WTLS-compliant
protocol component developers can use to more quickly and easily build
security into their WAP-enabled (Wireless Application Protocol)
products and applications. Leveraging RSA Security's success in the WAP
market through licenses with industry leaders, RSA BSAFE WTLS 1.0 is
designed to provide a complete wireless security solution through its
support of different wireless networks and platforms, including the
Palm Computing(R) Platform and Microsoft(R) Windows(R) CE.

"With RSA Security's SSL components already a dominant choice for
securing Internet transactions, our new wireless security components
are designed to provide complete, end-to-end protection across both the
wired and wireless worlds," said Scott Schnell, senior vice president
of marketing at RSA Security. "RSA BSAFE SSL-C is already a widely used
security protocol component among the leading wireless vendors, and our
new offerings promise to further solidify our strength in this exciting
market."

RSA Security has been serving the needs of the wireless industry since
January 1994, when Alcatel TITN, Cincinnati Microwave, IBM, PCSI and
Retix announced they were licensing RSA Security encryption and
authentication technologies to build privacy into their wireless
products. The Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) standard their
products employed specified the use of RSA Security's RC4 symmetric
stream cipher and the public-key Diffie-Hellman key negotiation
techniques to authenticate users to CDPD services and encrypt
transmissions to prevent hackers from listening in on cellular voice
and data traffic. Numerous companies offer CDPD wireless modems for a
variety of PC and handheld devices like the Palm III(TM) and Palm
V(TM).

Shipping now, RSA BSAFE SSL-C offers reduced code size and run-time
memory size, simplified certificate verification, key internal buffers
that grow automatically as required and optimized stack usage. Compile
time options are designed to allow developers to customize applications
to meet the strict requirements imposed by the constrained environments
typical of wireless and embedded applications. RSA Security plans to
include support for WTLS certificates along with support for VeriSign's
WTLS Automatic Certificate Acquisition service in future versions of
SSL-C. This functionality will further assist traditional users of SSL
in their migration from a pure wired world to an interoperable wired
and wireless environment.

Based on SSL and TLS from the Internet community, RSA BSAFE WTLS 1.0 is
designed to provide the privacy, identification, verified message
integrity and non-repudiation required for secure e-commerce
transactions between wireless devices and the WAP gateway to the
Internet. WAP is an open, global specification empowering mobile users
with easy, fast delivery of information and services through handheld
digital wireless devices such as mobile phones, pagers, two-way radios
and smart phones. This new component has been designed for wireless
applications, incorporating a lightweight and efficient protocol that
conserves bandwidth, memory and processing power.

Availability and Pricing The RSA BSAFE SSL-C 1.1 software development
kit is shipping now and costs $295. The RSA BSAFE WTLS 1.0 software
development kit is expected to ship in the second quarter of 2000 at a
cost of $295.

So I sold off some of one of my little guys this am solely and only to grab some BINC and wouldn't you know, the tiny one is still climbing and BINC takes a small dip on me after I buy it <vbg>

Well I made a good profit on the little one and BINC has a much better future so my patience will win out in the long run:-)

IENT looks like the MM's had some fun this AM and walked it down a bit to shake a few people out. Call this one more of a female thing, if you will<gg>, but there is something definitely going on with this one. Low float and being accumulated for a bit now. I'm hanging on FWIW

OK back to work for me. You, Dale and the guys have fun

:-)
