Microforum reported Q3 results ended November 30, 1999 with revenues of $13.1M from $9.1M, a 44% increase. Net earnings were $98,729 or 0.01/share versus a net loss of $3.1M or $0.18/share from the previous year. On an EBITDA basis, the company reported $1.2M or $0.04/share in Q3/f2000 compared to a loss of $2.7M or $0.15/share in Q3/f1999.
