helkel, So, what is your problem with this......

that he liquidated approx. 9% of his holdings ...... over 7 transactions(from $13.50 to $18.13/sh.)......

or that he lost(on paper) approx. $2.9 million as the price went from 18 to 11.

How many millions should an officer have tied to the company stock, and should an investor be upset if they sell a small percentage of shares at a bottom, or before a price reaches a top, or on the way down from a top? IMHO he suffered along with everyone else.
