Yes. However there may be some reaction to the Berger interview since, if he continues the pattern of the recent past, he may drop some significant hints regarding upcoming partnering arrangements.

Pete, RE the pre-market. I placed a bid of $3 7/16 in the pre-market for ARIAW (warrants) and the last trade from yesterday was $3 3/16. I then saw my bid show up real time and they showed an ask of $3 3/8. They never filled my order and I never saw any volume on the stock. At 9:15 AM my bid was cancelled and when the market opened, the MM immediately opened with an ask of $4.00.

That is what makes me feel like these people are white collar crooks to profit 7/16 from the close yesterday. I asked my broker why I didn't get a fill and he mumbled something about not enough liquidity for a fill. I will be glad if the SEC makes these white collar robbers responsible for every penney.
