Hi Jim,

A. If fed is targeting stock market to curtail the exuberance.. I won't fight the fed. However, I think they can curtail the exuberance by increasing the margin requirements on the players. If I remember right, margin balance is at record levels.

B. I would not worry too much as long as oil holds current levels. Any increase in oil price may kill many emerging country economy..

C. Demand for credit from old age companies might force AG's hands... don't you think so ?

D. As long as everyone is playing the same (printing or adding money supply) game, probably it might not matter.

E. If they take the liquidity out of the system... don't you think yields will drop ?... Stock market might also drop... but yields should also drop.

BTW.... I have become a true trader. My long term is just 2 weeks for any new stock position.... That way I don't have to worry too much about these things :)
