ANSWER: The company has used Arkansas Best Freight as a vendor in the past, and ABF has already delivered product purchased from the Company. It is anticipated that the Company will utilitize the other Delivery services in the future after the launch of the new website. The duration of any contract and possible expiration date will depend upon vendor performance, the direction of our business plan, and other factors. How will the Delivery services be compensated for their services? Please specify dollar amount or percentage. ANSWER: Each Delivery service is compensated via a negotiated fee based on the separate contracts with them and not based on a percentage of the sale.
